STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE FEE $15

Our Standard Delivery Service offers flower delivery according to the regular route and time of our driver's arrival within each service region. We do our best to guarantee specific date of arrival for flower orders to be delivered within our Standard Delivery Service but do not guarantee specific time of arrival within the Standard Delivery Service.


SCHEDULED TIME DELIVERY FEE $25

Our Scheduled Time Delivery Service offers precise date and time of day for your flower order to be delivered. We ask our customers who prefer our Scheduled Time Delivery Service to call our florists to place your order in efforts to meet the requested date and time preference for your flower order to be delivered. Our florists will look at our deliver schedule to guarantee your date and time request can be provided.


*Due to circumstance out of of control such as bad weather, closed roadways, heavy traffic, recipient not being at delivery location and/or other factors that prevent our delivery driver from completing the flower delivery on the requested date, we reserve the right to modify the delivery date within (3) days after the requested delivery date for orders that used our Standard Delivery Service*

*We do not offer refunds for a flower delivery not completed on requested delivery date if our delivery driver has experienced any of the mentioned and/or unmentioned reasons causing a delay in the flower delivery using our Standard Delivery Service*
